Tradecraft. It's the foundation of everythinga covert agent does. Tradecraft is the skills, techniques, and methods of the spy.

In Top Secret, player characters are agents of ICON, the International Covert Operations Network. Recruited for their cunning and prowess in their chosen professions, new agents are sent to The Crucible where they are trained in all the tradecraft that is found in this book.

The Tradecraft Manual is the first companion book for Top Secret. In the core rulebook, all of the tradecraft proficiencies are listed with short descriptions. This book dives deeper into each proficiency, answering questions that the author has been asked by players over multiple campaigns and hundreds of games in the years since this edition of Top Secret was published, under the full title of Top Secret: New World Order.
