At The Dragon's Trove, for over 25 years, we have been shipping gamer's the items they need to fill out their collection. It's rare that a package goes missing completely, so please keep in mind the following shipping policies. For USPS shipments, if it shows delivered, but you did not get it, first inquire at your LOCAL Post Office. Many times they have marked an item delivered and it is still there to get out on the next truck, or it was put on the wrong truck. 90% of the time, this will turn up the package. If it doesn't, please ask your immediate neighbors in case it was mistakenly delivered there. 

For USPS Priority Mail and UPS Shipping, all parcels have insurance. If a package goes completely missing or arrives damaged, we will file a claim and attempt to replace the order for you (not always possible). For Media Mail shipments, you must request insurance at time of checkout. Refunds are given once a claim has been accepted by the carrier.
