Thirty-two nonplayer characters are provided for use in any Traveller: The New Era campaign. Just reading their backgrounds will provide a rich introduction to life in the Reformation Coalition. Each character description includes all the information needed for play: attributes and assets, biographical and personality sketches, and notes on how to referee each character.
